GENERAL TERMS
- No Refund.
- Full payment after the agreed sketch.
- The Commissioner would need to pay the transfer fees.
- Changes are allowed as long it doesn't go too far with the original sketch.
- Cancellation can only be made before payment.
- Working time : 2 - 5 days.
